About HALO Society
 

HALO Society HALO Society is a business networking and auxiliary group whose mission is to aid the advocacy work of CASA of Tarrant County and provide resources to support & enrich the lives of foster children.  Currently HALO Society has four ongoing service projects to aid the advocacy work of CASA of Tarrant County.  

HALO House accepts donations of necessity items & gift cards to provide for the basic needs of a child transitioning to a new, safe environment.

Apple Tree Project is a school supply drive for foster children.  This year, Apple Tree Project was able to provide 123 kids in Tarrant County with a backpack full of school supplies, 2 outfits, and a brand new pair of shoes.

Cowtown Casino is our fun, annual fundraiser benefiting CASA of Tarrant County is held the 1st Saturday in March.

National Adoption Day, held in November, is a collective national effort to raise awareness of the children in foster care waiting to find permanent homes.
